LEVELS OF ABILITIES:

Introduction / 4 and 5 yrs old – White Belt
Junior / 6 and 7 yrs old – White to Blue Tip
Beginner / 8 yrs old and up – White to Blue Belt
Intermediate – Yellow to Green Tip
Advanced – Green to Black Belt

EXTRA CLASSES:

COMPETITION – 8 to 12 years old – upon invitation
COMPETITION – 13 to 16 years old – upon invitation
SPARRING – 17 years and over – upon invitation
KICKFIT – 13 years and over
